With a diverse professional background, I have successfully managed both aspects of my career – being a CEO and a real estate agent. As a CEO, I have led multinational companies, overseeing strategic planning, business development, and financial management. Having worked as a real estate agent in Dubai has enhanced my skill set and broadened my market knowledge. I have developed a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, its intricacies, and the dynamics of the market. This experience has honed my negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, and capacity to identify lucrative investment opportunities.

Sales Experience

I began my career in sales after I dropped off my bachelor’s degree in business and Economics . I landed my first job with various BtoB companies, where I worked as a sales representative for 2 years. During this time in different markets such as the USA and Turkey, I honed in my sales skills, learned how to build personalized relationships with clients, and developed an understanding of market trends and helped customers make the right decisions based on their needs.

Combined Experience

I bring a unique blend of sales and real estate experience to the table, providing me with a solid foundation for success in this field. My sales experience has taught me how to quickly build strong client relationships, manage complex negotiations, and adapt to market demands. And, my two years in real estate have allowed me to develop specialized knowledge in property assessment, pricing strategies, and market trends. By integrating these skills, I am well-equipped to provide high-quality service to both buyers and sellers alike.

Jan Wagensveld

Jan is originally from the Netherlands and very much a global citizen by nature, having lived and worked in 9 different countries around the world, and now happily settled in Dubai for the past 15 years.

He performed a range of commercial and general manager roles in blue chip companies within the pharmaceutical and food industry, such as Pfizer, Novartis and Danone, does a lot of consultancy work and is now extending his experience into the world of real estate.

Much of his time was spent in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Iran and now the UAE, giving him a deep understanding of the region.

With his experience, his multi-cultural background and strong people skills Jan knows how to get the business done, ready to serve the clients in the beautiful real estate city of Dubai.
